My Journey
Tweh Pah P Johnson, known as "The Plant Doctor," brings community-focused plant care to Staten Island. With a background in coaching, community outreach, and wellness education, Tweh approaches plant care as an extension of self-care and community building.
As Internal/External Outreach Manager at CANVAS Institute of Arts, Culture and Civic Engagement, a coach at Central Park, and Brand Ambassador NYC, Tweh understands the power of bringing people together around shared passions. He also served as Student Assistant Secondary Coach for Morrisville Football at SUNY Morrisville, where he learned the value of hands-on mentorship.
His Plant Doctor pop-ups at Build A Dream Incubator in Tompkinsville provide free, accessible plant care to everyone — whether you're dealing with a struggling houseplant or just want to learn more about plant wellness. No judgment, just support.

Philosophy
"Caring for plants is a form of self-care. It's not just about keeping something alive; it's about nurturing life and connecting with nature."
We see plant care as a gateway to community wellness. When we nurture nature, we nurture ourselves. The mission is to make plant expertise accessible to everyone in Staten Island, regardless of budget or experience level.
